If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a refund, replacement or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)
2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes

Transit Times

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
